چکیده

شرایط محیطی موجود در مسکن آپارتمانی دانشجویان متأهل نسبت به خوابگاه­های افراد مجرد، از اهمیت ویژه­ای برخور­دارند. به این دلیل که شرایط همزمان تحصیل در کنار زندگی متأهلی دور از شهر خود می­تواند برای دانشجو نوعی بحران تلقی شود که هر چقدر فضای سکونت بتواند نیاز­های محیطی را بهتر پاسخ­گو باشد، بر بازدهی تحصیلی دانشجو مؤثر­تر خواهد بود. وجود سرزندگی به‌عنوان یکی از این شرایط محیطی از عواملی مهم و تأثیر­گذار بر نشاط و شادی خانواده­ها و فرد دانشجو خواهد بود. هدف در این پژوهش؛ بررسی میزان و کیفیت موجود سرزندگی در مسکن آپارتمانی دانشجویان متأهل است که نمونه تحت مطالعۀ« مسکن آپارتمانی دانشجویان متأهل دانشگاه دولتی صنعتی اصفهان (5 بلوک اولیه کوی امام جواد (ع))» است. روش انجام این پژوهش به‌صورت روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی است و ابزار مورداستفاده در جمع­آوری اطلاعات لازم پرسش‌نامه، مشاهده و مصاحبه بوده است. همچنین ابتدا با نرم‌افزار spss میزان ضریب همبستگی و میزان معناداری هر متغییر با سرزندگی سنجیده شده سپس تحلیل داده­های به‌دست‌آمده با نمودار میله­ای از نرم‌افزار office انجام شده است. در انتها میزان رضایتمندی و نارضایتمندی افراد ساکن در محدوده موردمطالعه نسبت به موارد موردنظر در مدل مفهومی که شامل دو بعد اجتماعی و طراحی بود سنجیده شده است. ریز بعدهای مطرح شده موجود که شامل ارتباطات جمعی، فعالیت­ها، جذابیت و انعطاف­پذیری (بعد اجتماعی) و خوانایی، کالبدی، عملکردی و ایمنی (بعد طراحی) ارائه شده که بیشترین میزان رضایتمندی نسبت به فعالیت­ها و بیشترین میزان نارضایت­مندی نسبت به عملکردی است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در قالب راهبردهایی درخصوص شرایط محیطی بر مبنای ایجاد حس سرزندگی اجتماعی بر مبنای متغیر­های ریز بعدهای مطرح‌شده برای مسکن آپارتمانی دانشجویان متأهل ارائه شده است.

The environmental conditions in the apartment housing of married students are of particular importance compared to the dormitories of single people. This is because the conditions of studying while living a married life far from home can be considered a kind of crisis for the student, and the more the living space can better meet the environmental needs, the more effective it will be on the student's academic performance. The existence of vitality as one of these environmental conditions will be an important factor affecting the joy and happiness of families and the individual student. The purpose of this research; The study aims to investigate the level and quality of vitality in the apartment housing of married students, and the sample under study is” Apartment housing of married students of Isfahan State University of Technology (first 5 blocks of Imam Javad (AS) (Alley). The method of conducting this research is a descriptive-analytical survey method, and the tools used to collect the necessary information were questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Also, first, the correlation coefficient and the significance level of each variable with vitality were measured using SPSS software, then the data obtained were analyzed using a bar chart from Office software. Finally, the level of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of people living in the study area with the desired items was measured in a conceptual model that included two social and design dimensions. The existing micro-dimensions that were proposed, which include mass communication, activities, attractiveness and flexibility (social dimension) and readability, physical, functional, and safety (design dimension), are presented, with the highest level of satisfaction with activities and the highest level of dissatisfaction with performance. The results obtained are presented in the form of strategies regarding environmental conditions based on creating a sense of social vitality based on the micro-dimensional variables proposed for apartment housing for married students.
