اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری اجتماعی در طراحی مسکن ارزان‌قیمت (مطالعۀ موردی: سکونتگاه غیررسمی باغ خلج اراک)

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بهره‌گیری از تاب‌آوری اجتماعی و مؤلفه‌های مهم و تأثیرگذار آن در طراحی مسکن ارزان‌قیمت و ارتقای تاب‌آوری اجتماعی در محدوده حاشیه‌نشین باغ خلج اراک است. امروزه با رشد جمعیت و مهاجرت بی‌رویه از روستا به شهرهای بزرگ، شاهد بروز و گسترش مناطق حاشیه‌نشین و فرسوده شهری هستیم. مناطق حاشیه‌نشین، فضاهایی از شهر هستند که مورد غفلت واقع شدند و شرایط زندگی و مسکن در آن‌ها بسیار نامناسب است. حاشیه‌نشینی به‌عنوان یک معضل اجتماعی پیچیده در بستری از تعاملات متأثر از عوامل مختلف شکل می‌گیرد. وجود مشکلات مختلف و بحران‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی توجه را به مفهوم تاب‌آوری اجتماعی و مدیریت بحران در این سکونتگاه‌ها جلب می‌کند. تاب‌آوری اجتماعی یکی از ابعاد تاب‌آوری است که از توانایی‌های افراد و جوامع صحبت می‌کند که سازگاری و تطبیق با شرایط را در برخواهد داشت. روش پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و روش تحقیق تحلیلی تفسیری است و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش کتابخانه‌ای و پرسش‌نامه استفاده شد. تعداد ۳۸۴ پرسش‌نامه در محدوده پژوهش توزیع شد و داده‌های حاصل از آن در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. همچنین با استفاده از روش AHP، مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری اجتماعی به ترتیب درجه اهمیت آن‌ها در طراحی، در یک مقایسه زوجی قرار گرفته و اولویت‌بندی شدند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که سطح تاب‌آوری اجتماعی کمتر از حد مطلوب ارزیابی شد و می‌توان با بهره‌گیری از مؤلفه‌های مهم تاب‌آوری اجتماعی مسکنی را طراحی کرد که میزان تاب‌آوری اجتماعی ارتقا یابد. این مطالعه به نظریه تاب‌آوری اجتماعی و راهکارهای عملی در طراحی مسکن ارزان‌قیمت می‌پردازد.

This research aims to utilize the concept of social resilience and its key influential components in the design of affordable housing, aiming to enhance social resilience within the Bagh Khalaj informal settlement in Arak.Today, with the rapid population growth and uncontrolled migration from rural areas to major cities, we are witnessing the emergence and expansion of informal and deteriorated urban areas. These marginalized zones represent parts of the city that have been neglected, where living and housing conditions are extremely inadequate. Informal settlements, as a complex social issue, arise within an intricate network of interactions influenced by various factors. The presence of multiple problems and socio-economic crises has drawn attention to the concept of social resilience and crisis management within these settlements. Social resilience, as one dimension of overall resilience, refers to the capacity of individuals and communities to adapt and adjust to changing conditions. The research method is applied in nature and adopts an analytical–interpretive research method. Data were collected through library research and questionnaires. A total of 384 questionnaires were distributed within the study area, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. In addition, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the components of social resilience were compared in pairs and prioritized according to their importance in the design process. Findings indicate that the level of social resilience was assessed to be below the desired threshold. However, by integrating the key components of social resilience into housing design, it is possible to create residential environments that promote and strengthen social resilience. This study thus contributes to the theoretical framework of social resilience and suggests practical strategies for designing affordable housing in informal urban settlements.
